2.photo recent, white background, mate paper ,( 4x3)

3.bank statement last 03 month (minimum balance 5-7lac )

4.bank solvency (same account)

5.nid card (notary)

6.birth certificate (notary)

7.tin certificat

8.tax certificat

9.marriage certificate (notary)

for business person:

1.trade license update (if have bangla please provide english translate with notarycopy attached with bangla copy)

2.business pad 02 copy

3.visitting card 02 copy

for job holder:

1.noc

2.office id card

3.salary statement or salary certificate or pay sleep

4.visitting card

5.tin certificate

for student:

1.student id card

2.noc from school/college or versity

3.when any student apply individually, must be provide his father all documents
