passport 07 months validity
color photograph, (passport size) with white background taken within the last 06 months.
proof of funds of at least usd $2000 (two thousand us dollars) within the last 06 months/03 months along with bank solvency certificate
return air ticket reservation – will be provided by travel agent
hotel live reservation – will be provided by travel agent
proof of health insurance
cheque book copy : a clear copy of a blank cheque page from the account for which you are submitting the statement.
letter of health declaration – will be provided by travel agent
letter of consent to pay for medical expenses – will be provided by travel agent
trade license update (if have bangla please provide an english translation with a notary copy attached with a bangla copy)
